History

Jana's fitness journey began over two years ago (not counting years of yo-yo diets and fad fitness regiments). Throughout this journey she has learned valuable lessons and experienced countless successes and pitfalls. In 2013 I also decided to become a Vegetarian - inspired by my love for animals and health reasons. I do, however, enjoy eating food that tastes good and is easy to make. Hopefully, you'll give some of them a try!
